Draft clauses

1. These terms

These terms will govern use of Bobby Inbox, an AI-assisted shared inbox, email-routing and communication-operations service offered at bobbyinbox.com. They are published in draft so that the intended arrangement is visible before the service is operated commercially.

Until the operator entity and effective date below are resolved, this document creates no binding agreement.

2. Accounts

An account is personal. It is created by a person using their own private email address and is not a company account. A person is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for activity carried out with them.

Accounts must not be shared between people. Where several people need access, each person creates their own account and joins the workspace.

3. Workspaces

A workspace is a separate object created after signup from inside the console. A person may belong to one workspace, several workspaces, or none.

The workspace owner decides who may join, which roles they hold, which channels exist, how routing is configured and whether AI assistance is enabled. Where a workspace is created on behalf of an organisation, the person creating it confirms they are authorised to do so.

4. The service

Bobby Inbox is intended to receive email directly at addresses it issues, or to receive email forwarded from an address the customer already controls; to keep every message visible inside its channel; to allow assignment, internal comment and shared replies; and to record routing and delivery activity.

Forwarding a message onward does not remove it from Bobby Inbox. The retained copy remains part of the channel record.

5. Acceptable use

The service must not be used to send unsolicited bulk email, to distribute malware, to impersonate others, to process content that is unlawful in the jurisdiction of the workspace, or to circumvent the technical or access controls of the service.

Automated access is permitted only through interfaces we publish for that purpose.

6. AI assistance

AI assistance is optional and is enabled by the workspace. When enabled, message content from the selected channels is processed to produce summaries, signals and suggestions. Output is a proposal for a person to review; it is not a decision made on the customer's behalf.

AI usage consumes Bobby AI Credits attributed to the workspace, including AI used through the API add-on.

7. Fees

Seats are charged per person per month at the plan rate for the workspace: Starter $25 per seat per month up to 10 seats, Professional $65 per seat per month up to 50 seats, and Enterprise $105 per seat per month with a configurable workspace.

The API add-on is €99 per month per workspace. Bobby AI Credits are charged separately; credit pack pricing is not yet published. No free plan, trial or annual discount is offered.

8. Billing identity

Business billing details are optional and are attached after an account exists. They are never required to create a personal account.

Payment processing is not connected. Stripe is planned as the first processor; Mollie and Adyen are possible future options.

9. Availability and support

No uptime commitment, service level or support-response time is offered in this draft. Any such commitment will be stated explicitly before it applies.

10. Data and privacy

Handling of personal data is described in the draft Privacy Policy. Where the customer's own contacts write to a workspace, the customer remains responsible for the lawful basis of that correspondence.

11. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended where use threatens the security or lawful operation of the service. A customer may stop using the service at any time; deletion of a workspace is intended to remove its messages, attachments and derived AI output subject to the retention window in force.

12. Liability

Limitations of liability, warranty disclaimers and indemnities will be stated here once the operating entity and governing law are decided. This draft deliberately contains no numbers rather than inventing them.

13. Changes

Material changes will be announced with a version number and an effective date. Neither exists for this draft.
