Per-seat pricing, with an optional API add-on.

Prices are per seat, per month. Forward-only delivery is the default for every plan: mail is archived first, then forwarded to your verified destination. The native Bobby Inbox experience (stored conversations in the shared console) is included in Professional and Enterprise. Nothing can be purchased yet: there is no checkout and billing is not connected.

Add-ons

API access and Bobby AI Credits

Add-ons are billed to the workspace, on top of seats.

API access — €99 / month per workspace

Optional add-on for approved workspaces to connect their own systems. Not launched during the pilot.

Bobby AI Credits

AI assistance consumes Bobby AI Credits. AI used through the API consumes the same credits. Credit pack prices are not published yet.

Honest gaps in this pricing preview

This is a pricing preview for a product in a controlled pilot. We are deliberately not inventing details we have not decided.

  • No annual discount is offered or implied.
  • No free trial and no free plan.
  • No message, storage or attachment limits are stated.
  • No support-response or uptime commitments are stated.
  • Taxes and local billing rules are not calculated here.
  • There is no checkout: payments are not connected.
  • Forward-only is the default on every plan; the native inbox needs Professional or Enterprise.

Billing identity and invoices will live in your personal account under billing. Stripe is planned first; Mollie and Adyen are future options.
